After participating in this workshop, physical therapists will:

1. Be able to connect key principles of medical improv with their healthcare role.

2. Be able to apply the principle of "yes, and" into their specific job role.

3. Be able to recognize connections between efficacy, improvisation and healthcare practice.

4. Practiced in using storytelling as a means for patient advocacy.

5. Equipped with a peer-vetted asset-, risk-and/or process-based opportunity in their own work environment as an opportunity for management and/or leadership.
